  Very quick here at the Jimmy Johns on Charles Street, which has one entrance inside the food court of the Massachusetts Transportation Building. Service was good and they have the usual JJ's menu and the usual chips and cookies and drinks.
  
  My #2 minus mayo, add cucumber, add mustard, slice in half, was very good.

  I don't think it's too hard to make a sandwich, but then again I've been wrong before. I came in here, there wasn't a single person in line, and I ordered a giant number 14. I asked to add jalapeños and she looked at me like I was either an idiot or was from mars. I had to repeat it about 3 times before she said ok to adding them. Then she rung me up and I didn't really pay attention to the price I was paying....because I got a regular sandwich and not a giant. When I got my sandwich it was an average sandwich, nothing bad or good about it, just average (not disappointed, it was what I expected).
  
  Disappointed in the service and the lack of lady at the register understanding what I was saying, even after repeating myself 3 times. Next time I'll go to Subway.

  My fiancé had two sandwiches from Jimmy Johns on the evening 11/17:  #4 turkey Tom and the #7 double ham and provolone. He ate the turkey sandwich at 7 and felt fine, and at 11:30pm he ate the ham sandwich.  5 hours after eating the ham he woke up with stomach cramping, diarrhea, and vomiting.  He had to miss work on Tuesday because he was so sick all day.  
  
  I called to inform them of this obvious food poisoning and they asked for my details but didn't follow up.  This is really a serious health hazard.  Not impressed.

  I went there and was totally ignored. One guy was eating at a table right in front of the store with his back turned to me not acknowledging me what so ever. Another guy came from the back and put something away and left never acknowledging I was there. Very rude!!! I was the only customer in there so not understanding the lack of respect. I will never go back and will be sure to spread the word to all my transportation workers.

  This bastard killed an elephant for no other reason than just because he could.  He chose to spend profits from his business to kill a defenseless animal and proud of himself.  Anyone who thinks of him or herself as decent human beings will boycott his restaurants.  Please spread the word.
